What’s the role about?

As part of our Digital Marketing department, you’ll be joining as our Digital Marketing Assistant Manager who is responsible for supporting with the day-to-day running, implementation and reporting of multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple channels including, but not limited to, email, paid social, SEO, targeted display and paid search campaigns.

Who you are

  • Have experience building and sending emails in a CRM system
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics (ideally certified)
  • Experience using Facebook Business Manager (ideally certified)
  • Have an understanding of a competitive commercial environment (desired)
  • Previous experience in a marketing role (desired)
  • Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, prioritise and co-ordinate tasks

What you’ll be doing

  • Reporting on channel performance using both internal and 3rd party tools
  • Be responsible for the briefing and maintenance of creative assets
  • Be responsible for liaising with internal marketing teams to ensure all key messaging, promotions and offers are communicated to external agencies.
  • Supporting the marketing team with launch of new initiatives
  • Manage spend tracking and invoice approvals across the team
  • Undertaking ad hoc tasks to support the digital marketing team
