What’s the role about?
As part of our People & Talent Team, you’ll be joining as our Talent Manager for retail who is responsible for the end-to-end management of our recruitment processes across all global retail areas (UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia). You will develop and execute a cohesive talent and succession strategy, working closely with our Area Manager of each location, to drive talent management, succession planning and career growth within the business.
Who you are
- Extensive experience in retail (Fashion ideally)
- Ability to drive direct hiring methods
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Reliable and focused
- Self-motivated and team oriented
What you’ll be doing
- Act as lead in-house recruiter, actively overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Work with Senior People Partner, utilising business knowledge, data, tools and systems to develop and action the People & Talent strategy.
- Execute proactive recruitment initiatives; sourcing, referrals and evergreen positions to build talent pipelines.
- Drive improvements in attraction and selection to increase diversity and enhance representation within the Company.
- Partner with key stakeholders (of all levels), building close relationships and identifying talent opportunities within each area.
- Act as a coach and build the confidence and capability of managers to recruit, providing expert technical advice and sharing best-practice insights.
