What’s the role about?
As part of our People & Talent Team, you’ll be joining as our Talent Manager for retail who is responsible for the end-to-end management of our recruitment processes across all global retail areas (UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia). You will develop and execute a cohesive talent and succession strategy, working closely with our Area Manager of each location, to drive talent management, succession planning and career growth within the business.
