About the Key Holder position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Key Holder to provide advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale. You will be responsible for a variety of duties that include the opening and closing of the store.

An excellent key holder must be energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire thorough knowledge of the company’s products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm. You will lead by example to demonstrate how to deliver a personalised service experience to all customers.

The goal is to facilitate sales in every possible way by motivating the team.

Key Holder responsibilities are:

  • Providing information about products

  • Greeting customers warmly

  • Opening and closing the store

  • Motivating team members to drive sales

  • Communicating precisely with customers about goods/services

  • Being a brand ambassador by positively promoting the brand

  • Monitoring inventory

Key Holder requirements are:

  • Experience in sales

  • Able to handle customer inquiries and update information

  • Good mathematical skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Knowledge of inventory control

  • Some experience in managing a team
