What’s the role about?
As part of our Branch department, you’ll be joining as our Senior Branch Merchandiser who is responsible for planning, managing, and trading product categories across the Reiss omni channel estate to deliver agreed budgets & key KPI’s.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract till May 2025

What you’ll be doing
- Managing allocations with team to ensure that each group is launched cohesively into stores and to plan, whilst ensuring minimal stock risk and potentializing any trading opportunities
- You will plan, review seasonal grading across all channels and departments; taking in account international, web and partner needs whilst considering stocks levels & sell thru
- Supporting the product Merchandiser team in ensuring the collection is balanced by group and built commercially through the grades across channels & regions
- Managing lessons learnt to grow and impact future collections within different channels of the business where regions/grades trade differently; through attribute analysis and channel performance comparisons
- Leading weekly trading meetings from a branch prospective whilst driving trading opportunities through the season by providing insight and commercial analysis at product and channel level
- Reviewing stock management through IAQ planning, store capacity levels and replenishment
- Management of trading continuity across all omni channels
- Maintaining strong relationships with US team to help develop and grow the US business and support Reiss trading initiatives globally
- Own the markdown, promotional and clearance plans to ensure seasonal terminal stock targets are achieved within the international markets whilst ensuring that the business trading message is conveyed
