We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and proactive Area Manager to successfully manage our UAE franchise business, you will be employed by our franchise partner and based full time in UAE. In return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits!

The Role

As our Area Manager, you will manage a number of franchise stores across UAE and develop and drive business growth across the region. Also, you will work closely with the Reiss Franchise team to provide an insight into the market through informative reporting and regular communication.

Responsibilities of our Area Manager will include:

  • Deliver retail targets and drive sales in the UAE region
  • Support, guide & train Store Managers
  • Plan and forecast budgets
  • Manage and improve stock efficiency and flag any inventory challenges to the Reiss Head Office teams
  • Provide engaging service training across the region to deliver the service strategy
  • Motivate and inspire the teams to deliver and exceed targets and KPI’s
  • Implement development and improvement plans and regular performance reviews
  • Work alongside the Commercial and Operational Marketing teams to drive key activity across the region
  • Lead by example and act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador to deliver the brand message

Our Area Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar field management or multi-site role ideally within a premium or luxury environment
  • Proven experience of building talent and managing P&Ls
  • Strong leadership skills and qualities
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, results-driven and proactive
