What’s the role about?
As a Personal Stylist you model The Reiss Experience behaviors by providing exceptional and elevated service to every client. You are an expert at cultivating client relationships in a personalized way. Your mission is to inspire your clients by making their styling sessions exciting and collaborative, bringing their vision and needs to reality.
Who you are
- Have 3-5 years Personal Styling experience within a premium or luxury retailer
- Have an established client book
- Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team/individual goals
- Have a Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Have a passion for styling, excellent product knowledge and the understanding of fit and fabrication
What you’ll be doing
- Inspires clients through self-elevated personal style, offers expert styling advice and provides individualized experience with curated product recommendations
- Identify business opportunities through local networking channels to curate events and experiences that are reflective of the interests of the local community to drive brand engagement
- Possess and continue to maintain a strong client book and is adept at client retention

Compensation Min $20- $23 hourly, plus commission structure
