We are looking for a highly commercial and dynamic General Manager to lead our market in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. In return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits!

The Role

As our General Manager, you will oversee 3 locations including standalone stores and concessions in Bristol. You will be able to deliver the highest results by passionately leading teams to achieve targets, drive operational efficiency and maximize profitability across the market.

Responsibilities of our General Manager will include:

  • Accountable for long-term store planning, operations and overall performance
  • Coaching and inspiring teams to deliver an elevated customer service experience
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control to minimize loss
  • Maintain visual standards across all locations and deliver commercially creative visual merchandising
  • Create strategies to maximize sales and deliver on all KPI targets
  • Liaise with the Area Manager to support forecasting and reviewing KPI performance
  • Actively recruit and retain the best talent for your teams and conduct regular performance/probation reviews
  • Effectively manage all people related matters in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Utilize local marketing opportunities that will drive brand awareness and sales

Our General Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous multi-site management experience within a premium or luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record to increase overall business performance
  • Experience in premium customer service, clienteling and CRM
  • Highly visual and excellent commercial product management skill set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and experience in coaching/training
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve team and individual targets
