We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team on a full-time, maternity cover contract based at our Central London office! The Role
As our Senior HR Advisor, you will be accountable for all ER and HR activity across Retail UK & ROI and partner with our Retail Management teams to drive the people strategy across all stores. Also, you will provide support to the Senior HR Manager and work closely with HR Administrators to manage the daily operations of HR.

Responsibilities of our Senior HR Advisor will include:

  • Act as the initial contact with managers regarding all ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance and redundancy issues
  • Lead ER casework, meetings and investigations on complex cases whilst coaching managers to manage low risk ER issues
  • Support the HR Administrators with HR related queries and provide knowledge on employment legislation, policies and procedures
  • Manage annual processes such as pay reviews and performance appraisals
  • Partner with the Recruitment team to ensure retail vacancies are up to date and filled in a timely manner

      Our Senior HR Advisor will have the following skills and experience:

      • Previous HR Advisor experience within a retail or hospitality environment
      • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
      • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Strong IT skills- Outlook, Word, Excel
      • Confident and assertive
      • Flexible and adaptable to change
      • Confident working independently and within a team
