What’s the role about?

As part of our marketing department, you’ll be joining as PR & Marketing Assistant who is responsible for all administrative tasks for marketing, including asset trafficking and partner sample management, and to support the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of activities. This includes, but will not be limited to, partner communications and campaign coordination and campaign administration and support. Working closely with the Marketing Assistant to ensure all campaign and trade activities are well supported across all channels.


Who you are

  • You have experience in a Marketing role or internship (desirable but not essential)
  • You have understanding of the REISS brand and interest and awareness of the fashion industry and media landscape
  • You are able work in a fast-moving environment against competing deadlines and priorities
  • Well organised with problem-solving skills and good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and team oriented


What you’ll be doing

  • Sourcing and maintaining up to date product information for all campaign and marketing activities
  • Responsible for asset delivery to all media partners
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager on all brand marketing campaign optimisation
  • Responsible for individual partner communications and calendar maintenance
  • Coordinate the execution of all partner marketing activity
  • Responsible for coordination across digital marketing, content and other teams. Using market, customer or product insight to develop and adapt plans
  • Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on BAU optimisation
  • Source data for monthly Marketing report
