What’s the role about?

We are looking for a Loss Prevention Manager to drive and implement new initiatives to support and shape the loss prevention strategy at Reiss, across our stores worldwide in line with budgets and timeframes. This role will be reporting into and working with our Head of Retail Operations to protect our stores against relevant threats by handling security and loss prevention risk.

This is a field based role.

  • Impeccable influencing skills and able to build a very strong rapport with our relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of the retail sector, industry awareness and customer focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A dynamic leader, that can challenge the status quo and be agile in an everchanging environment.
  • Possess a deep understanding of managing and mitigating stock loss end-to-end, whilst having experience in the creation and delivery of internal communications across multiple communication channels.
  • A natural coach that is adept to provide and receive feedback to shift perceptions and mind-sets, motivated to create an impact and find solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the identification and management of stock loss and cash loss across the end-to-end operations.
  • Create appropriate documentation and supporting tools to promote a loss prevention culture within retail.
  • Create and embed processes and procedures to protect Reiss and our colleagues.
  • Initiate and drive loss prevention policies, processes and compliance across head office and stores.
  • Monitor and report patterns of fraud, internal/external theft and stock loss risks.
  • Build relationships with third party LP teams and authorities to minimise store theft.
  • Liaise with and support with our internal teams, including store teams, field teams and all support centre functions.
