We are currently recruiting for an Affiliate Manager to report into our Head of Digital and provide support to the Digital Marketing Department based in Picton Place, London. In return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits!

The Role

As our Affiliate Manager you will be responsible for managing the growth of the global Affiliate channel and contribute to the overarching paid performance marketing strategy. You will work closely with our affiliate networks across a range of projects and campaigns ensuring the output is both strategically relevant and traffic driving to the website.

Responsibilities of our Affiliate Manager will include:

  • Own, build and maintain a performance based Partnership, Affiliate and Influencer programme
  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with our Affiliate agencies
  • Support in managing affiliate partner relationships with the goal of establishing, building a strong and effective network
  • Deliver and provide weekly regional reports using both Google Analytics and network data
  • Take an analytical approach, effectively measure performance across partners
  • Monitoring of publishers performance; reviewing, analysing & optimizing as you go, reporting back on achievements and challenges; propose new KPIs, metrics and approaches to strategic partnerships depending on business priorities.
  • Lead negotiations for commercial marketing agreements and media packages across CPA, CPC and CPM campaigns
  • Manage the acquisition, retention and activation process of new affiliates onto the programme
  • Identifying and managing the implementation of new technologies in the affiliate landscape

Our Affiliate Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience ideally gained in a luxury and/or online retail environment or Affiliate agency
  • Significant commercial experience with proven experience of driving performance with Revenue and ROAS as a significant focus
  • Experience in confidently managing agencies day-to-day
  • Effective budget forecasting and spend management
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key business areas as well as external partners
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reports, analysis and presentations
  • Experience in confidently managing agencies day-to-day
