What’s the role about?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in Liverpool One on a full-time basis as our Stockroom Supervisor. The Stockroom Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Effectively manage a team to ensure that stock deliveries are processed, and products arrive in excellent condition to the shop floor
  • Manage the timely replenishment of stock and team productivity
  • Ensure back of house standards are maintained
  • Supporting the Reiss online business through efficient management of the fulfil from store and return to store process
  • Support the management of the shop floor from time to time
  • Assist the team with floor moves, promotions and product launches
  • Be a key holder for the store

Who you are

  • You’ll have previous experience of supervising a team
  • A passion for premium or luxury product
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
  • A track record of delivery in a stock management role
  • Ability to guide, train and coach others
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent organisational and decision-making skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a team player
