We are looking for an Assistant Concession Manager to join our team in Hudson's Bay Yorkdale, Toronto on a full-time, permanent basis to support with delivering exceptional customer service and team management. In return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits!

The Role

As our Assistant Concession Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team, managing stock and ensuring visuals are to the highest standard and reflective of the brand.

Responsibilities of our Assistant Store Manager will include:

  • Ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided in your concession by coaching and training your sales team
  • Achieve (and aim to exceed) targeted KPI’s
  • Act as REISS Brand Ambassador
  • Implement and maintain effective and efficient operational processes, procedures and administration
  • Assist with recruitment and ensuring the seamless integration of new employees
  • Support the Concession Manager with performance/probation reviews
  • Deputise in the absence of the Concession Manager

Our Assistant Store Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • At least 1-years’ experience in a management role within a premium or luxury retail brand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and target driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Personable, confident, resilient, energetic and a sense of fun!
