What’s the role about?

As our Business Systems and Integration Support Manager, reporting to the IT Director, you will take ownership for the daily monitoring and maintenance of systems and data integration as well as business reporting ensuring that Reiss systems are working as expected to meet business needs.

Who you are

  • Previously worked within the Retail industry with an understanding of a multi-channel retail business
  • Experience in the management of business data
  • Knowledge of functional systems including Microsoft Business Central and SAP SuccessFactors
  • You have acted as the primary escalation contact for third parties for system issues
  • Knowledge of third party warehouse systems (eg Next Total Platform) including working with retail and wholesale partners
  • Well organised with strong time management skills
  • Previous management of a small-medium team
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills-both verbal and written


What you’ll be doing

  • Monitoring, maintaining and supporting a range of business systems ensuring there are available and working as expected to meet business needs
  • Ensuring that the generation and delivery of reporting and data insight to the business is both available and correct
  • Responsible for data validity and consistency between internal systems and third parties
  • Acts as primary escalation contact for third parties for system issues in and out of working hours, including ownership of relationships with critical support partners (such as Next Total Platform support, store support partners and system support partners)
  • Acts as internal escalation contact for business issues and support concerns
  • Identifies opportunities for continual improvement in support processes and in systems, integrations and reporting to ensure Reiss IT are meeting business needs and requirements in an efficient and effective way
  • Managing the Business Systems and Integration Support team to ensure first class support is provided to the business
  • Be the subject matter expert representing Systems support for the onboarding of new business initiatives, working with Business Change and external project teams to ensure new requirements and criteria are defined, scoped, delivered and appropriate testing is undertaken
  • Work to the existing standards and processes in place within Reiss IT adhering to best practice and documented policies
  • Drives own development and completes required training including ITIL, soft and technical skills
