What’s the role about?

As part of our finance department, you’ll be joining our payroll team as an Assistant Payroll Manager where you will support with processing our payroll across UK and other international markets (including Holland, Germany, ROI, Russia, Canada, France and US.

Who you are

  • Experience with ADP or a similar integrated HR/payroll system
  • Previous retail experience within payroll
  • Time management and good prioritising skills
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous management experience

What you’ll be doing

  • Support with processing UK and International payroll for c1000+ employees
  • Manage and create reports and accruals relating to payroll
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages to all Reiss employees
  • Support with managing the payroll department
  • Assist with year-end procedures, including preparation and distribution P11Ds
  • Quickly and efficiently resolving pay queries and costing adjustments
  • Responsible for ensuring all statutory and voluntary payroll deductions are paid to appropriate bodies in a timely manner
