What’s the role about?

As part of our Shipping Team, you’ll be joining our as our Logistics Admin Assistant, who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all shipments costs are calculated and recorded against reports on variety of systems including Vision.

Who you are

  • Excellent time management skills; able to priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and focused
  • Self-motivated and team oriented

What you’ll be doing

  • Working with our Imports and Exports team to ensure Freight charges are accurately invoiced and recorded
  • Communicating with freight forwarders and suppliers and chase for any additional documents to resolve any freight charge queries
  • Processing freight Invoices through the day
  • Managing files and records as well as other clerical duties
