We are looking for a Wholesale Merchandise Manager to lead and develop relationships with our US partners including Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's. You will be field based in California on a full-time basis and report to our Senior Franchise & Wholesale Commercial Manager. In return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits!

The Role

As our US Wholesale Merchandise Manager, you will act as the key representative in the market for Reiss and be responsible for driving commercial and operational excellence across our US wholesale portfolio. You will deliver influential store visits, inspiring brand training and strong internal and host team relationships.

Responsibilities of our US Wholesale Merchandise Manager will include:

  • Maximize partner sales and grow the business by sharing brand knowledge and driving visual merchandising standards
  • Develop and grow strong relationships with host store teams
  • Work with local teams to build client profiles to support the buying and merchandising team and curate commercial ranges by stores to ensure space is optimum for Reiss across all stores
  • Lead and create inspiring brand and sales training
  • Ensure our brand standards are maintained through outstanding VM by providing regular feedback
  • Identify operational opportunities and implement relevant actions
  • Actively seek local marketing opportunities that will drive brand awareness and sales

Our US Wholesale Merchandise Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar retail commercial/VM role
  • Retail savvy and experience of managing multiple points of sale
  • Excellent communication skills and passionate about developing people
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to manage workload independently
  • A clear understanding of VM principles
