We have an exciting opportunity for a highly confident and commercial Brand Manager & Buyer to join our UAE franchise business, you will be employed by our franchise partner and based full time in UAE. In return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits!
As our Brand Manager & Buyer, you will be responsible for product selection and buy for the region, driving brand awareness and ensuring the franchise stores in UAE deliver the Reiss Experience.
Responsibilities of our Brand Manager & Buyer will include:
- Manage commercial decisions and deliver the retail strategy using knowledge of competitors, economic climate and retail industry
- Support the management of buys and stock levels to potentialize on sales
- Ensure all promotional activity is managed effectively to drive revenue and appropriate for the brand positioning in the market
- Identify and drive local marketing opportunities to raise brand awareness
- Build relationships with host management teams and utilize host store opportunities
- Full accountability of high operational and visual merchandising standards to achieve a consistent brand image and commercial floor layout
- Create and implement innovative ways to improve the brand experience across the region
- Coach Store Managers to run stores as their own business, overcome operational challenges and deliver the Reiss Experience
- Actively recruit and develop high caliber management who represent the Reiss values and standards
Our Brand Manager & Buyer will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar brand management role ideally within a premium or luxury environment
- Strong leadership skills and qualities
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, results-driven and proactive
